Being a woman and an engineer causes different challenges in both business and private life. Women, by using her strong right brain muscles, tries to understand and solve problems of the left brain, which contains all the rules of engineering. The good news is, when the balance is established, success is inevitable.
Successful female engineers, who have had the same experiences in business life and have managed to establish a balance, think that their sisters do not have to face the same challenges and they know that when we support each other we can quickly get to the places we deserve.
