Perfectionism, which generally takes its source from the feelings of inadequacy and imperfection
it also takes, as a way of thinking, from "all or nothing" attitude, the failure of accepting mistakes,
from sentences that put pressure and contain words like "must, should supposed to". After
passing a certain dose, it starts to do more harm than good.

ANGER MANAGEMENT

In our daily lives, some of the events and behaviors that we are exposed to, the speeches, attitudes of people around us, the feeling of helplessness and inadequacy in the face of events that we think we can not intervene or change, can cause anger. The way we express our anger depends on how we control our emotions, how we communicate, and our sensitive areas existing in our subconscious. To protect our existing relationships and to easily establish new relationships also varies depending on this. Humans tend to keep their distance with individuals who cannot control their feelings. Difficulties in dealing with this issue are often due to the difficulties in controlling anger and not knowing how to deal with conflicting situations. Anger is not a solution, but we need to know how to use solid communication techniques
