The Executive Stretch Program is for you if you want to have a creatively designed, psychologically challenging, approved, behavior booster, tested and reputable two day experience. 

The program is intense: as a result of the team's interest and the support of your Senior Coach, the Program may begin early in the morning and end late at night. However, the result of this dedication will satisfy and inspire you. With a set of structured and managed indoor activities, team members discover their strengths and weaknesses in interpersonal communications, cohesion, leadership and strategic analysis.

The obstacles will disappear and team members learn more about themselves and each others and open up new opportunities for maximum performance and more fun teamwork. At the end of the program, the team will be able to make behavioral changes and will gain strategies for goal setting to reach the results of international high-performance teams.
